Doesn't it end up convincing you? Not sure? Do you prefer another size? Another color?, no problem. You have 14 calendar days at your reception to manage both the change of size and the return and it is super easy!

REMEMBER:

The products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them. Therefore, new products must be returned new, unused and complete.

Note: if the reason for the return of the product is not due to the fact that it arrived damaged, was defective or was incorrect, we will not refund the amount of the shipping costs or any other service related to your order and the return costs will be applied.

How to make the return outside of Spain (or the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla)?

To request a refund outside spanish territory, follow these steps:

1. Notify us of your wish to return within 60 calendar days of receipt, by mail info@stockpadel.com 

2. Wait to receive a response with the relevant instructions to make the refund for the refund of the amount. Having requested it by email, the date and time will be recorded so that, in case of having a weekend in between, holidays or not receiving a response within 24 hours, you continue to be within the deadline.

Unfortunately, we do not have collection services for international shipments, so, for the return for the refund, you must send us by yourself to the following address:

3. Pack the product to be returned/exchanged as best as possible, if possible, with its original bag/box, so that it does not suffer damage during transport and subsequent delivery. Any defect found upon delivery to the warehouse/workshop that has not been notified before, will affect the refund of the product.

The refund will be reflected in your account within approximately 15 working days from the date on which the item returned to our offices arrives.

Please note that the shipping costs charged during the placing of the order will not be refundable in any case, as well as the fees or customs derived from the shipment. If we have to assume any of these expenses when receiving your package, we will deduct it from the refund.

When will I receive the amount of my return?

Once we have received the product(s) you wish to return, we will process the refund. This will be reflected in your account within approximately 10 working days from the date on which the item returned to our offices arrives, using the same method used for the purchase.

How to make the return within the national peninsular territory or Balearic Islands?

To solicit the refund of the amount we offer you different options:

If you are in mainland Spain or the Balearic Islands and you have a printer, this option is the easiest and most comfortable. You can leave your order at a post office that you choose according to your preference.

3. SHIPPING BY COURIER

If you are in mainland Spain or the Balearic Islands and cannot print labels or prefer to send them by mail, please continue

OPTION A

Send the package yourself. You will not need any sticker on our part, because it will be the same courier agency that you choose who will be in charge of providing it to you. Please remember that shipping costs will not be refundable in any case.

OPTION B

Request a courier through STOCK PADEL to pick up the package at the location you indicate. On this occasion, the transport company itself will label your return, we only need you to repack the product. Please remember that the cost of this service (€ 6) will be deducted from the final refund

In no case Stock Padel will be responsible for any shipping costs, customs or taxes.

Therefore all returns must be sent to our facilities under the DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) incoterm.

(*) BROKEN / DEFECTIVE / WRONG PRODUCT

In case of receiving a product with a factory defect, tare or that is incorrect, you must notify us through the mail info@stockpadel.com, within 48 hours after the receiptof the same.

It is essential that you send us a high resolution photo of the broken, defective or erroneous article and keep said article to be able to manage the return, as well as the photo of the original packaging, STOCK PADEL packaging that you must also keep. We will indicate the procedure to follow, to proceed with its return. The goods received must be in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

Returns on used or manipulated products will not be accepted.

Once the merchandise has been received and after checking the condition of the same, the corresponding amount will be paid by means of the means of payment used in the order or exchanged for another equal item in perfect condition.
