Stock information

All our stock is synchronised with the website, so if a product is in stock it means we can always ship it without long delays. Just add what you want to buy to your cart and choose which payment method you prefer to use.

We remind you that the availability of products and stock during the purchase process is mentioned as an indication and is therefore not contractual in nature, as it may happen that purchases of the same item are being made at the same time and this may lead to a stock shortage.

As it is an e-commerce, the stock is updated online, so it could happen, eventually, that during the purchase process the stock runs out.

In the event that the product is out of stock, www.stockpadel.com will contact you to inform you of the situation, indicating, on the one hand, the approximate delivery date on which the order will be supplied, without price increase, and on the other hand, you will be offered the option of sending a product with similar or superior characteristics to the one initially ordered, and the customer may exercise their rights of withdrawal and resolution in the same terms as if it were the good initially requested.

If the stock is definitively out of stock and the customer does not accept any of the options proposed, the amount paid for the product will be refunded in full in accordance with the regulations in force.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The delivery time corresponds to that indicated in the table of shipping conditions, provided that we have stock of the products ordered and the payment method is PayPal or credit card. If your payment method is bank transfer, the shipping process will start once the payment has been received with the order reference in the Stock Padel S.L. account.

- Orders for Spain and Portugal will take between 24 and 48 working hours, with the latest delivery time being 16:00 hours.

- Orders within Europe will take between 1 and 5 working days, depending on the shipping method selected.  If it is DHL Express, orders received before 12:00 AM each day will be shipped.

- For orders outside Europe, delivery will always be made by DHL Express, and the estimated delivery time can vary from 2 to 5 days.

How can I find out the status of my order?

When you place an order you will receive a confirmation email and a summary of your order. Once your order is processed by the carrier, you will receive an email with the tracking of the goods. You can also check the status of your order by clicking here.

Can I have my order sent to an address other than the one I registered with?

Yes, before you make the payment, we give you the option to enter a different delivery address from the one you registered with.

Once you enter a delivery address and confirm the shipping order it is not possible to change it.

Unable to deliver

If after 2 attempts we are unable to deliver your order, the goods will be returned to our warehouse and you will have 2 options:

Order another delivery to the same address or to a new address, in which case the delivery costs will be charged.

Ask for a refund, and in this case the price of the goods will be refunded minus the shipping costs and the costs of returning the product (5,95€ within Spain, 14,95€ for the rest of Europe and 49€ for the rest of the world).

Is it possible to cancel an order once it has been shipped?

Once the parcel has been sent to the customer, there is no way to stop it. The transport companies come every day to collect all parcels between 9.00 and 14.00. All orders placed before this time will be dispatched and we cannot stop them. If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched to you, we will refund you the money you paid for the goods, including delivery charges.

How can I get the TAX FREE form?

If you wish to receive your order within mainland Spain and wish to export it later to any country outside the European Union, you must select the correct delivery country (Spain) in the top left hand side of our shop. Add any item to your basket. When you choose the delivery option, the final price will be displayed and you will be charged directly for the price of the item, including VAT and shipping costs. When exporting the item outside the European Union, you can reclaim VAT using the TAX FREE form.

Once you have finalised your order, please email us immediately at info@stockpadel.com with all the necessary details such as the final address of the country you are going to, your date of birth and your passport number.

Once we have received all the necessary information, we will send you the TAX FREE form to be stamped at customs. We will then be able to refund the taxes.
